ORDERING TIPS
We have found that the easiest way to order is to have a piece of paper and pencil in front of you while you are ordering. Look through all the products and write down the ones you want. Then go to the order page and fill it in. If you would like a printable order form that you can mail to us either click on Netscape or Internet Explorer (depending on the browser you are using) and just print out the order form by hitting the print button on your browser.

PAYMENT
Send full payment by check or money order, or if you’re using your charge card. We accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, VISA, & MasterCard. DO NOT send two party checks, currency or coin with your order. We will not be responsible for money lost in the mail. Personal checks will delay shipment until check clears bank. A $25.00 charge will be added to returned checks and will be put on a M.O. or Certified check status. Customers will be required to pay all collections costs, including phones, bank charges, legal fees, etc. No COD's, Discover, or American Express cards.

MINIMUMS
No mix and match unless stated. Prices are for quantities shown and are minimums for one herb, size, type, etc.

PRICE CHANGES
Because the price of merchandise fluctuates, ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AND ALL ITEMS WILL BE BILLED AT CURRENT PRICES. In the event of a substantial price increase, you will be notified before shipment. We are not responsible for any typographical errors.

FOREIGN & CANADA ORDERS
Payment must be in U.S. Dollars by International or Bank Money Order. Visa and MasterCard orders are also accepted. DO NOT send Personal checks. 

SHIPMENT
We ship via US Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS), unless other wise requested. Please be sure to include a street address with order. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped 2^nd Day Air UPS or Postal Service, 1^st or 3^rd Class. Foreign orders must be shipped Postal Service. All shipments are F.O.B. - Lakewood, Colorado.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Foreign orders – add additional $5.00 to $10.00 to the shipping charges to avoid any delays due to insufficient postage. Please include the shipping charges in your order’s total:
               Under $10.00 – send   $7.50
          $10.01 to $50.00 – send $11.50
        $50.01 to $100.00 – send $15.50
      $100.01 to $150.00 – send $20.50
      $150.01 to $200.00 – send $25.50

SALES TAX (Colorado Residents)
Add to Order:
       2.9% State Sales Tax (Colorado)
       3.0% if you live in Lakewood
        1.2% if you live in RTD Area
         .5% if you live in Jefferson County

RETURNS
All herbal products are non-returnable and non-refundable. All other products returned must have prior approval and be unopened and in original condition. Do not return damaged or broken goods. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim.

DEALERS
Send copy of your Sales Tax License or Resale License along with request and your business card.
